BLUEline Nova is the new generation of BLUEline rotary lobe pumps. It sets new standards in pumping technology. Initially, the high-tech pump will be available in six sizes with flow rates of up to 110 m³/h.Made for each other: The newly developed DIUS rotors in the flow-optimized pump chamber combined with an optimized pump gear ensure perfect smooth operation even at high pressures.The Nova pump is available with or without protective plates and liners.

THE NOVA SERIES SETS NEW STANDARDS FOR EFFICIENCY
CFD analysis with DIUS rotor
The newly developed DIUS rotors have been developed using CFD analysis and are virtually pulsation-free, even at high pressures.
Operating pressure up to 12 bar
The pump housing and rotor geometry are flow-optimized for high operating pressures up to 12 bar. The extremely stable gearbox ensures long life.
Media-unaffected shafts
DIUS shafts, both stainless steel and elastomer, are designed without a sealing disk. An integrated O-ring prevents the media from entering the shafts.
Long sealing lines
The wide sealing surface prevents backflow and ensures an unprecedented high efficiency and improved suction capacity.
General structure
For clean media - BLUEline NOVA clean
The "clean" version of BLUEline Nova is designed to transport clean, non-abrasive media. A jacket protection is not required. The pump with minimal dead space can be cleaned according to the hygiene procedures CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place).
For abrasive media - BLUEline Nova tough
For the transport of aggressive media containing solid particles, Börger has developed Nova tough. A radial and axial housing protection protects the pump casing. The protective plates and liners are perfectly integrated into the pump casing in a flow-optimized design. Thanks to an innovative fastening system, the "tough" version of the Nova pump also ensures excellent efficiency. In case of wear, the housing protection can be quickly and easily replaced thanks to the MIP® (Maintenance in Place) design.
