Pumps to Flügger for decades
Flügger needed a new pumping system to manage their own wastewater, so they contacted LOBE for advice on the project. This marked the start of a long and fruitful partnership between LOBE and Flügger in Kolding.
Test of Bioselect RC separator
In an attempt to optimise the biogas process at Den Magiske Fabrikken, LOBE provided a Bioselect RC separator from Börger for a period of three days. “The test exceeded all expectations,” says Mads Blom. “We saw that all the pre-treatment equipment performed much better because the fibres had been removed, and we found that the pumps were running more efficiently.
Lobe pumps for sewage treatment
The recommendation for Holstebro Wastewater Treatment Plant fell on lobe rotor pumps and macerators from Börger. The lobe rotor pumps are very service-friendly = short downtime, space-saving and can withstand dry running. “The pumps have been running for a year, and we haven’t touched them yet – they just run 24/7,” says Tommy Fjord Petersen.
Lykkeslund Biogas
Lobe has delivered a complete feeding system with Big Mix, Biomass Shredder and pumps to Lykkeslund Biogas. The Biomass Shredder in particular, with its large capacity, has led to increased gas production.
