Pump units for the emergency management agency
Lobe designed and supplied two large self-priming diesel-driven pumps to the Emergency Management Agency.The pumps deliver approximately 18,000 l/min.The pumps were designed and supplied in accordance with the Emergency Management Agency's specifications, including automatic control, work lights, and monitoring, etc. The trailers are custom-designed and approved for emergency use with blue flashing lights.Emergency Management Agency

JEC screw spindle pump with built-in frequency converter. Used as a portable sauce filling station.

REVISION / DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT & TRACEABILITY
When developing projects, it is crucial to have control over documentation with revisions and serial numbers, etc.We work in the latest IT systems. CAD drawings are created in 3D with Inventor/Vault. Warehouse & projects, etc. are professionally managed in Navision. All machines involved in projects are registered with serial numbers.
COMPLETE UNITS WITH CONTROL OR CONTROL DESCRIPTION
Pump units are mostly delivered complete with control. In cases where the customer wants to integrate the control of the system into an existing control system, we, in close collaboration with the customer's experts, prepare control descriptions. Subsequently, we participate in the start-up & commissioning of the system.Pumping systems delivered with controls can, where desired, be function tested on our certified test bench.
