High Efficiency with Viscous Media:The Verderhus screw centrifugal pumps operate based on a hybrid principle which is a combination of a centrifugal pump and a displacement pump. The pump has the centrifugal pump's ability to handle large and abrasive particles, while also being able to handle viscosities up to approximately 3,000 cP.Gentle:Due to the media being screwed through the pump, it is treated very gently. This can be a major advantage when pumping flocculated sludge, for example.
