Bioselect RC with rotating Multidisk counter-hold function is available in a manual version with spring counter-hold or an automatic pneumatic version. The dry matter content in the fiber fraction can be adjusted by loosening/tightening the spring counter-hold or by changing the pressure in the pneumatic counter-hold.
The dewatered fiber fraction is pressed against the Multidisk where a scraper ensures that the fiber falls down. If there is sufficient space below the outlet, no screw or similar is required.
The medium is led through the inlet opening(1)in the filter housing of the Bioselect. Between the filter housing and the screw(3), a filter basket(2)is installed. The screw is driven by a gear motor. The medium is pumped into the screw shaft and directed through the filter(2) while the thin part seeps out towards the float and is directed to the outlet(4).The fibers remain on the inside of the filter and are transported towards the press filter(5)with the help of the screw(3). In the press filter(5), the remaining liquid is squeezed out of the fiber. The rotating Multidisk(6)(counter-hold disk), can be adjusted at the opposite end (Drive end). The adjustment unit(7)squeezes the Multidisk against the screw, creating a fiber plug. When the force from the fiber exceeds the holding force of the counter-hold(7), the Multidisk is pushed back and the fiber comes out. A scraper edge ensures that the fiber falls into the outlet.
The Bioselect RC series is available in 4 sizes with capacities up to 150 m³/hBioselect RC25- capacity up to 25 m³/hBioselect RC40- capacity up to 40 m³/hBioselect RC75- capacity up to 75 m³/hBioselect RC150- capacity up to 150 m³/h
The fiber gets caught in the profile groove (3). The fiber brushes the filter clean. This prevents metal contact (friction) between the screw and the screen (2). The unique technology results in a significantly longer lifespan of the screen. Furthermore, the screen (2) is cleaned very effectively, which is essential to maintain the highest possible capacity. Additional cleaning of the filter by the operator is not necessary.
Liquid breakthrough is nearly impossible due to the Multidisc technology (6). The multidisc (6) closes the press channel (5) until the desired dryness level (percentage of solids) is achieved. Once the desired dryness level is reached, the outlet is opened and the fibers are pressed out. - Breakthrough-proof technology.
The dryness level can be continuously adjusted by tightening the springs in the Easy Shift unit (7). Alternatively, the Bioselect RC series can be equipped with a fully automatic (pneumatic) Easy Shift unit where the dry matter percentage is automatically set in the control system. The automatic Easy Shift unit is especially suitable for tasks where the separator is used for many different applications, or where it is located high up where accessibility is difficult.
The mobile Bioselect Powerlift can be hydraulically raised to a height of over 4 m. This allows even large trucks to be easily filled.Feed pump, discharge pump, and a Multichopper grinder are integrated into the machine, which is controlled by the intelligent control system ensuring automatic operation. The control system features a large graphic display and functions as a stand-alone unit but can also exchange signals with other control systems. The machine is built on a 3,500 kg trailer and can therefore be transported by a driver with a standard BE driving license.
Bioselect is installed on a bracket that can be rotated - easily and efficiently. Due to the swivel hub, the separator can be quickly serviced at both ends. Alternatively, the separator can be quickly lifted down using a telescopic loader or similar equipment. Fork guidance ensures that the machine does not tip over or slide off the forks.
After selecting your suitable Bioselect, the frame is configured using a modular principle. Börger manufactures the unit precisely tailored to your needs – from discharge height and pumps all the way up to control technology.
Bioselect including control technology and pump can be installed with minimal space requirements for applications with limited space and for mobile use. The machine is equipped with fork guidance so it can be easily transported with e.g. a telehandler.
The feed pump pumps the media to the separator via a macerator that shreds fibers and removes stones. The solid phase is transported to its destination by a conveyor belt. The liquid phase pump transports the liquid phase to a tank located at any height. A control unit ensures that the Bioselect separator always operates at optimal capacity.
The Powerframe setup is ideal for installations where the separator is moved between different locations. The frame is equipped with three-point suspension and can therefore, when in service/transport position, easily be moved with a tractor to a new location. Ideal if a farmer for example wants to separate on multiple properties. The machine is hydraulically lifted in height using the tractor's hydraulic system.
The separator is fed by BÖRGER lobed rotor pump. The control system regulates the pump speed and feed rate depending on the use of BioSelect. The reject flows by gravity to the reject tank on its own.
The separator is fed by a BÖRGER lobed rotor pump. The control system regulates the pump speed and feed rate depending on the application of Bioselect. The reject pump pumps the filtrate to a tank at a specific height/location.
The Bioselector is fed using the static pressure from the tank. (E.g. from secondary reactor) The control system regulates the separator's optimum load via the reject pump (thin phase pump). The reject pump pumps the filtrate to a tank at a specific height/location.
