Packo screw spindle pumps come standard with precision-cast stainless steel gearboxes and hydraulically optimized pump casings to ensure that the medium is not exposed to high flow velocities, even at very high capacities.
Self-priming and very gentle
The pump is highly self-priming and suitable for both thick and thin fluids. The hydraulically optimized design, combined with the screw spindle pump's pulsation-free operation and high efficiency, makes it particularly gentle on the medium.

Balanced seals
The ZS series comes standard with hydraulically balanced seals in either single or double mechanical execution. The seals are front-mounted for easy and quick service. The pumps are ultra-hygienic and meet even the strictest food and pharma/biotech requirements.

The gearbox's large oil volume ensures that the oil does not overheat during CIP processes where pumping is often done at very high speeds. Helical gears ensure noise-free operation under all conditions.

Integrated gearbox
The ZS series is available in conventional design or alternatively in a space-saving compact version with an integrated gearbox for direct mounting of standard motor with B5 flange.
