Hoses for Vantage, Rapide, and OEM series
Verderflex produces a range of standard hoses that cover most applications for the Verderflex dosing pump program. The hoses are available in 5 m and 15 m lengths. When choosing hose types for the pumps, it is important to consider the following criteria:
- Chemical resistance
- Food quality (EC1935-2004 compliant in the EU)
- Hose lifetime
- Physical compatibility (does the hose fit the pump physically)
For safety reasons, we do not recommend pumping with media hotter than 85°C!

Verderprene hose
The standard choice for dosing pumps. This white hose features: - Excellent mechanical strength - Wide chemical resistance and high resistance to oxidation (ozone, peroxides, and hypochlorites) - Temperature range: 10-85°C - Food Grade – FDA approved - Autoclavable - Compatible with most CIP media and SIP
Verderhygienic hose
This hygienic hose will not crack or deteriorate when used for demanding food and beverage applications. Extremely flexible and resistant to kinking, it maintains its shape, making installation quick and easy. Its excellent resistance to flexural fatigue makes it the top choice for use in peristaltic pumps for dosing and dispensing applications. - Temperature range: -80 to +135°C - FDA & EC1935/2004 certified - (EU) No 10/2011 - NSF-51 - RoHS
Silicone Hose
A transparent hose for use in the food and pharmaceutical industry that is odorless, non-toxic, and FDA, EC1935/2004, and USP Class VI approved. It is: - Autoclavable and used in many applications - Temperature range: -20 to +80°C (-4°F to 185°F) - Approved according to FDA, EC1935/2004 & USP Class VI - Platinum-cured for reduced levels of siloxanes and other volatile compounds - Reduced spallation compared to Verderprene
Verderchem hose
Verderchem peristaltic hoses are a high-performance, co-extruded product specially formulated to provide an ideal combination of chemical resistance and pump life. Its inert ultra-smooth, plasticizer-free bore resists the absorption and adsorption of aqueous liquids, while the outer cover provides long flex life in peristaltic pumps. These properties result in a significantly reduced risk of downtime and leakage. - Temperature range: -60 to +54°C (-76°F to 165°F) - FDA & ROHS - Outstanding chemical resistance
