Verderflex Rollit Hygienic
Verderflex Rollit Hygienic is a range of sanitary hose pumps from Verderflex. The series is available in standard (single) or (double) versions. With no lubricant in the pump housing and low-friction hoses that comply with both FDA & EC1935/2004, Verderflex Rollit Hygienic pumps are ideal for use in biotechnology, beverage production, cosmetic manufacturing, food processing, and the pharmaceutical industry.Operating PrincipleVerderflex Rollit hose pumps are self-priming displacement pumps that can handle dry running. The flexible hose element is compressed by the teflon rollers mounted on the rotor assembly. When the hose regains its original shape, a vacuum is created, drawing the medium into the hose. As the rotor rotates, the medium in the hose is pushed forward.Verderflex Rollit Hygienic key data:
