Verderflex iDura 45 - 80
The popular VerderFlex Dura series are now available in sizes Dura 45 to 80 as complete dosing units with built-in frequency converter in IP66 design.
Applications
With its simple and robust construction, it is an ideal pump solution for applications where media that can be abrasive, viscous, and particle-laden need to be pumped.
Maintenance and Costs
Since the only wear part on the pump is the hose, using a peristaltic pump results in minimal maintenance and low operating costs.
Self-priming and No Dry Running
The hose pump is also efficient for tasks requiring priming, as they can deliver up to 90% vacuum and where air entrained products are not a challenge to pump in terms of dry running, as it doesn’t have a mechanical seal.
Food Industry
The hose pump is also used in the food industry and here the hoses are naturally supplied with EC1935/2004 approval.
Quick and Easy Installation (Plug and Play)
IDura dramatically simplifies the installation process. Commissioning can be described with the following 4 steps:
- Mount the pump in the piping system
- Connect power supply (connect the power cable and optionally 4-20 mA control signals)
- Program (set the flow using the potentiometer)
- Start pumping

Simple and intuitive operation
Capacity read directly
The pump capacity is preprogrammed so that the current flow can be read in the display without the need for conversion.
External signals
The pump can also be used in more complex systems where the pump is controlled via a 4-20 mA signal. MODBUS® RTU and CANBUS® communication are also possible.
The display can be locked
The local operation can be 'locked' so that it is not possible to change the parameters locally.
Simple adjustment
The capacity can be easily adjusted by modifying the integrated parameters. The pump direction can also be changed by pressing the forward and backward buttons.
