Mobile pump on a container platform with hook lift
Large mobile pumps can advantageously be placed on a container platform with hook or wire lift. The pump's suction conditions are optimized, and the working height for personnel becomes ideal. The units come with hose storage and a complete set of tools. Lighting is strategically placed so that operation during night hours is possible. The diesel engine is often supplied in a soundproof cabinet so that operation in residential areas does not cause disturbance. We build tailored solutions that are delivered complete with control systems and training for operating personnel.
Built for operation under difficult conditions
The folding sides act as a roof and protect the personnel from rain. Due to the weight of the suction hoses, many parallel suction hoses are often used. In this example, the pump is mounted with 6 parallel suction hoses.
Tank for many hours of operation
The robust frame construction also serves as an extra large tank.
Details that matter
Hose storage unit
Suction and pressure hoses can optionally be stored in an integrated hose storage unit. For ergonomic reasons, the units are often equipped with multiple parallel suction hoses.
Strainers
The included strainers are easily and quickly mounted with quick couplings. The strainers protect the pump from larger foreign objects and prevent the suction hose from getting stuck to the bottom.
Control
The control panel is placed on a height-adjustable bracket to ensure it is always at an ergonomically optimal height. The fully automatic control monitors all pump functions and can send an alarm if desired.
