Verdermix static mixers are ideal for in-line mixing of all kinds of liquids and gases, from low to high viscosity, with or without particles. The mixers are available in various metal alloys or in plastic for extra high chemical resistance, CIP/SIP processes, and for sterile applications. Verdermix has developed a standard modular system that can be adapted to suit the individual process. The mixers are designed for extra long life and are optimized to provide efficient turbulent mixing with minimal pressure loss.The VMW series is specially developed for applications with low-viscosity media, gases, and liquids with a high gas content. The V-shaped mixer element is ideal for mixing/dispersing gas into a low-viscosity medium.VerderMix static mixers in stainless steel can be supplied with electropolished surfaces for extra ease of cleaning and chemical resistance.
