VMV series

Verdermix static mixers are ideal for in-line mixing of all types of liquids and gases, from low to high viscosity, with or without particles. The mixers are available in various metal alloys or in plastic for extra high chemical resistance, CIP/SIP processes, and for sterile applications. Verdermix has developed a standard modular system that can be customized for each process. The mixers are designed for extra long life and are optimized to provide efficient turbulent mixing with minimal pressure loss.This is the standard series from Verdermix. The VMV series is equipped with the world's most commonly used mixer element, which is the twisted helical mixer element. The element is attached to the pipeline.VerderMix static mixers in stainless steel can be supplied with electropolished surfaces for extra ease of cleaning and chemical resistance.
