Verdermix static mixers are ideal for in-line mixing of all types of liquids and gases, from low to high viscosity, with or without particles. The mixers are available in different metal alloys or in plastic for extra high chemical resistance, CIP/SIP processes, and for sterile applications. Verdermix has developed a standard modular system that can be customized to fit the individual process. The mixers are designed for extended lifespan and optimized to provide efficient turbulent mixing with minimal pressure drop.This type of mixer is designed with easy cleaning in mind and is primarily used for food and pharma applications. The element can be easily removed for cleaning. All product-contacting parts are electropolished and comply with EC1935/2004 and FDA regulations.
