VML Series

Verdermix static mixers are ideal for in-line mixing of all types of liquids and gases, from low to high viscosity, with or without particles. The mixers are available in various metal alloys or in plastics for extra high chemical resistance, CIP or SIP processes, and for sterile applications. Verdermix has developed a standard modular system that can be customized for each process. The mixers are designed for extra-long life and are optimized to provide efficient turbulent mixing with minimal pressure drop.Designed as the VMV series, except that the elements are mounted in the piping system with flanges for easier disassembly/cleaning. Also available with a heating/cooling jacket.VerderMix static mixers in stainless steel can be supplied with electropolished surfaces for extra cleaning ease and chemical resistance.
