SANITARY POWDER MIXERS IN BLOCK DESIGN
Packo SFP2 & SFP3 Series
High shear pump with open or closed impeller and patented stator for high pressure and flow. High shear mixing is generated between the rotor and an innovative optimized perforated stator. Mixing intensity can be optimized and increased by raising the speed. Displacement speeds up to 100,000 s-1 can be achieved at maximum speeds of 3600 rpm.
Typical applications
Packo shear mixer pumps are mainly used for in-line mixing, homogenization, and dispersion applications.Mixing of two media

Technical construction
- Electropolished, cleanable design, no bacterial pockets and no narrow channels ensure effective cleaning
- Pressed stainless steel plate in 2B quality, extremely smooth surfaces
- Large seal chamber ensures effective circulation around the seal
- Monobloc design with standard IEC standard motors
- Standard mechanical seal according to EN 12756 with EC1935/2004 and FDA approved bellows seal or sterile O-ring seal (spring not in contact with the media)
- 2 seal diameters for the entire range:
– SFP2: Ø 33 mm
– SFP3: Ø 43 mm
