Furthermore, the compact design has resulted in space savings of up to 23%. The dimensions of the feet and flanges have been maintained, allowing for the replacement of conventional BÖRGER pumps without modifying the trailer.

Replacement of rotor tips

Rotor tips are replaced individually. If one or two tips are defective due to foreign objects, only the defective tips are replaced

Replacement of liners

The pump casing is protected with wear plates and liners made of a durable material. Disassembly to replace the pump casing is no longer necessary.

Seal Replacement

The front-mounted mechanical shaft seals can be easily and quickly replaced from the front. Pump disassembly is not required.

Rotor Replacement

Fully gasketed rotors can be replaced in minutes using a simple puller tool.

Wide range of shaft seals for any industry

The Blue Line series comes standard with single mechanical shaft seals with oil lubrication/cooling. As an option, the pump can be supplied with double mechanical cartridge seals. Sliding surfaces and gaskets in countless combinations, depending on the medium. Most of the seals are ATEX compliant.

Protects the pump & process against overload

Adjustable pressure relief valve

The adjustable pressure relief valve is mounted in the pump front cover. The valve protects the pump, regardless of direction of rotation. The valve is available for all construction sizes and is supplied in cast iron or various types of stainless steel.

Eliminates conventional by-pass

The integrated pressure relief valve eliminates conventional by-pass which has a risk of blockage and is significantly more space-consuming.
