Compact gearbox design
The short gearbox with hollow shaft and flange for direct coupling of hydraulic motor provides an exceptionally compact design. Helical gearwheels ensure smooth operation, even at high rotational speeds.
Front-mounted shaft seals
Extremely service-friendly and hygienic design with front-mounted shaft seals. The pump complies with even the strictest pharmaceutical requirements and comes standard with all common certifications such as EHEDG, 3A, EC1935, FDA, and ATEX.

Higher flow due to low NPSH value
The JTP series can be delivered with pulsation-free twisted rotors as an option, providing increased capacity as the liquid is not respectively accelerated and decelerated in the suction line.
Gentler on the product
Furthermore, with pulsation-free twisted rotors, a significantly gentler pumping is achieved, as the product is not subjected to large changes in velocity through the pump and piping system.
Lower energy consumption
As the medium does not need to be respectively accelerated and decelerated in the piping system, but flows at a constant speed, energy consumption is considerably reduced.
