Gentle and powerful self-priming

Vane pumps are suitable for viscous fluids. The pumps are typically usedin the food industry or chemical industries.Vane pumps are powerful self-priming up to 6 meters, even at low speeds. Liverani pumps handle fluids up to 50,000 cP.

• The block pumps are directly coupled to an electric motor running at 470 – 1400 rpm.
• The motors are supplied for either 220 or 380V power supply.

Acid-resistant and highly flexible

The acid-resistant pump casing can be supplied with all common types of threaded connections, with sanitary unions or clamps.Sanitary pumps come with EC1935/2004 certification for all media-contacting parts. Block pumps are available with capacities up to 40 m³/h (666 l/min) depending on the fluid and pressure.
