Mixer heads crush and blend the biomass
Powerful mixer heads blend/homogenize and crush the biomass. The crushing function ensures stable operation, even with long-fibrous and sticky biomasses prone to bridging, etc. The number of coils and knives are adapted to the nature of the biomass.
Prevents bridging
The mixer heads prevent long-fibrous sticky biomasses from bridging over the screws, a known issue with other types of machines. In case a foreign object enters the screws, the floor can reverse, greatly facilitating access. A shear bolt in the cardan shaft ensures that the driveline is not damaged.
Durable design
Konrad Pump machines are designed with reliability in mind. Extra sturdy planetary gears, equipped with shear bolts, and a robust frame construction in stainless steel ensure trouble-free operation even in the most challenging applications.
BioMixer
Durable machine that can be configured for even the most challenging biomasses. The machines are made of stainless steel and can be supplied in sizes from 12 - 80 m³ with 1 - 2 mixer heads with motors from 11 to 45 kW.
Quality in every detail
Mixer & grinder
The mixer head blends and grinds biomass to ensure a consistent homogeneous feed. The mixer head also eliminates the risk of bridging over the extraction screw.
Sized for the task
For extremely challenging media prone to bridging, the machine can be supplied with extra powerful mixing heads.
Service-friendly oil fill/drain
The oil level is visually checked in the large sight glasses on the oil tank. The oil can be easily changed without the need to go under the machine.
Powerful Drive Systems
Mixer head(s) are driven by an electric motor with a strong drive shaft. A shear pin in the drive shaft ensures overload protection.
16/1M with weighing computer
The biomixers are normally mounted on load cells that keep track of how many kg are fed in. Shown here on a machine type 16/2M
30/2M with hydraulic lid
As an option, the machine can be supplied with a hydraulic lid. Shown here in a version made entirely of stainless steel.
50/3M with raised rear edge
All machine types can be supplied with an extra high rear edge which prevents the biomass from falling behind the machine during filling
80/3M in robust design
Extra strong construction along with heavy duty planetary gears, drive shafts, and motors make it suitable for the most demanding tasks.
