WL Series - with Built-in Feeding Screw
The WL series handles even very viscous media that cannot feed to the pump by itself.The feeding screw transports the media to the rotor/stator and pushes it into the inlet. This type of pump is mostly used for highly viscous media with viscosities over 10,000 cP or non-Newtonian media that become extremely thick when not in motion.Capacities:from 500 l/h – 80 m³/hPressure:up to 48 bar differential pressureMaterials:Available in cast iron, stainless steel AISI 304 and 316, or Duplex (SAF 2205)
Suitable for viscous media
The hopper is designed with inclined walls, allowing the media to be efficiently guided into the screw. In the cylindrical section, the media is forced into the pumping element. The pump is capable of handling extremely viscous media on its own.
Unique wear-resistant universal joints
The WL series comes standard with the unique 4-pin universal joints with a 2-year warranty. Complete assembled and oil-filled universal joints are available off the shelf for quick and easy service.
In-house production of stators
SYDEX produces all stators in-house, ensuring maximum flexibility and quality. The stators are supplied in standard NBR - EPDM - Hypalon - Viton.
Hardened Rotors
Precision-turned vacuum hardened rotors in a variety of alloys ensure exceptional long life. As an option, the rotors can also be supplied with hard chrome wear protection.
