W Series - with built-in feed screw
The W series is designed for very viscous fluids that cannot flow to the pump by themselves.
The feed screw transports the fluid to the rotor/stator and pushes it into the inlet. This type of pump is most commonly used for high-viscosity fluids with viscosities over 10,000 cP or non-Newtonian fluids that become extremely thick when not in motion.Capacities:from 500 l/h – 80 m³/hPressure:up to 48 bar differential pressureMaterials:Available in cast iron, stainless steel AISI 304 and 316, or Duplex (SAF 2205)

Suitable for viscous media
The hopper is designed with sloping walls to efficiently direct the media into the auger. In the cylindrical section, the media is forced into the pump element. The pump is capable of handling extremely viscous media.
Unique wear-resistant universal joints
The W series comes standard with the unique 4-pin universal joints with a 2-year warranty. Complete assembled and oil-filled universal joints are available from stock for quick and easy service.
In-house production of stators
SYDEX manufactures all stators in-house. This ensures maximum flexibility and quality. Stators are available in standard NBR - EPDM - Hypalon - Viton.
Hardened rotors
Precision-turned vacuum-hardened rotors in a variety of alloys ensure exceptional long service life. As an option, the rotors can also be supplied with hard chrome wear protection.
Quick Maintenance
The SyQuick pump is the ideal solution for quick maintenance without the need to disconnect the pipes, which is especially advantageous when installation space is limited.
