SYDEX Eliminator - with built-in grinder
The legendary Sydex Eliminator pump is a combination of an eccentric screw pump and a macerator. The pump is self-priming and is installed above the pit, effortlessly handling even very viscous sludge where traditional grinder pumps may fail.
Floating suspended stator
The stator is floating suspended and moves up and down as the rotor rotates. This eliminates the need for a cardan shaft and saves space. Single Mechanical Seal
Supplied as standard with single mechanical shaft seals with hard metal seal faces in durable and corrosion-resistant silicon carbide.
Large inlet with knife
The large 3" inlet ensures the medium flows into the knife. The knife's large diameter, combined with the 2 hardened stainless steel counter knives, ensures efficient shredding of fibers and lumps.
In-house production of stators
SYDEX produces all stators in-house to ensure maximum flexibility and quality. The stators are delivered in standard NBR - EPDM - Hypalon - Viton.
Stainless Steel Rotor
Precision-turned vacuum-hardened rotors in stainless steel ensure exceptional long lifespan.
