E Series - Vertical eccentric helical pumps
The popular vertical E series is also known as a drum pump, vertical well pump, or semi-submerged eccentric helical pump. The pump is used for a multitude of applications within oil & gas, chemical, and where low NPSHa is a concern. E Series according to API 676
The tank support plate is supplied in a round or square design tailored to the customer's preferences and needs. The riser is customized to the well depth and material requirements.The E Series can be supplied with API 676 approval, including a complete documentation package for the oil & gas sector. This includes a 3.1 certificate and penetration tests, among others.
Suitable for viscous media
The SYDEX E series is mounted directly on top of a 200-liter drum or as a custom solution for tanks. The pump is particularly suitable for thick and viscous media that cannot be suctioned with traditional pumps.
Unique wear-resistant universal joint
The E series comes standard with the unique 4 pin universal joint with 2 years warranty. The screw flights are extended over the universal joints for extra secure transport. Complete assembled and oil-filled universal joints are stocked for quick and easy service.
In-house production of stators
SYDEX manufactures all stators in-house, ensuring maximum flexibility and quality. The stators are supplied in standard NBR - EPDM - Hypalon - Viton.
Hardened Rotors
Precision-turned vacuum hardened rotors in a variety of alloys ensure exceptional long lifespan. As an option, the rotors can also be supplied with hard chrome wear protection.
