BWH Series - with feed screw
The W series is designed for very viscous fluids that cannot flow to the pump by themselves.
The feed screw transports the fluid to the rotor/stator and pushes it into the inlet.Suitable for high-viscosity fluidsThis type of pump is most commonly used for highly viscous fluids with viscosities of over 10,000 cP or non-Newtonian fluids that become extremely thick when not in motion.

Suitable for viscous media
The hopper is designed with sloping walls, so that the media is efficiently directed down into the screw. In the cylindrical section, the media is forced into the pumping element. The pump can handle extremely viscous media on its own.
HL or HF version
The WH series comes standard with the unique 4-pin universal joint with a 2-year warranty. In the WHF version, it is delivered with open CIP shaft seals for maximum safety. (suitable for non-abrasive media)
In-house production of stators
SYDEX produces all stators in-house. This ensures the highest level of flexibility and quality. The stators are supplied in standard NBR - EPDM - Hypalon - Viton.
Hardened rotors
Precision-turned vacuum hardened rotors in a variety of alloys ensure exceptional long life. Additionally, the rotors can be supplied with hard chrome wear protection as an option.
