The H Series is sanitary pumps for the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. HL or HF design
HL with standard universal joint
The HL series comes with standard universal joints lubricated with food-grade oil. The pump is used for general food tasks.
HF with open CIP ball bearing universal joint
The HF series features open universal joints allowing CIP fluid to wash the joint itself. The HF version is used where there are extra high hygiene requirements.
Flexible configuration
The H series comes standard with a single mechanical shaft seal in silicon carbide/Viton. Double mechanical seal or flush as an option. SMS connections are standard, but they can also be supplied with Clamp, DIN11851, DS unions, or others.
HL or HF version
The HL series comes standard with the unique 4-pin universal joint with a 2-year warranty. In the HF version, it comes with open CIP shafts for maximum safety. (suitable for non-abrasive media)
In-house production of stators
SYDEX produces all stators in-house, ensuring the highest level of flexibility and quality. The stators are supplied in standard NBR (white or black) - EPDM - Hypalon - Viton.
Hardened Rotors
Precision-turned vacuum-hardened rotors in a variety of alloys ensure exceptional long lifespan. As an option, the rotors can also be supplied with hard chrome wear protection.
