Verderair HI CLEAN
Verderair HI-CLEAN is a series of hygienic and food-approved air-operated diaphragm pumps. The pumps handle the medium gently and are suitable for pumping high-viscosity media with lumps. For example, yogurt with whole berries or products with abrasive spices. The reliable Verderair pumps are all prepared for CIP or SIP processes.
Advantages of the 3A, SB, and SF series:
- 63.5 mm free passage for large particles lumps
- Product-contacting metal surfaces polished to a minimum of 0.8 μm Ra
- Connections can be disconnected in less than 5 minutes
- EPDM (3A), Santoprene, Viton, and PTFE food grade elastomers
Advantages of the 3A, SB, and SF series:
3A Series
With capacities up to 565 l/min, the 3A series has the highest capacity on the market for 3A approved diaphragm pumps. The pumps can handle particles up to 25 mm. The pump is mounted on a stand and comes standard with a leak sensor.
SB Series
If a high-end diaphragm pump is needed but a leak sensor is not necessary, the SB series is an excellent choice. The ball valves allow particles/lumps up to 25 mm to pass. The easy pump disassembly, combined with large connections and high capacity, make the SB series the obvious choice when high capacity and efficiency are needed.
SF Series
Containing media with large lumps that would clog a diaphragm pump with normal ball valves, the SF series with flap valves is the obvious choice. The SF series is a HI-CLEAN pump with flap valves that allow particles up to 65 mm to pass without damaging the particle. Suitable for media with large fruit pieces or similar
