Packo PRP2 series
The PRP2 series is an exceptionally hygienic EHEDG approved CIP return pump that handles large amounts of air in the media. The pump is constructed in cold-rolled stainless steel, 100% non-porous and with extremely smooth surfaces.The series features open, fully machined impellers in high-quality stainless steel 1.4435 with extra-large chemical resistance. Due to the cleanable design without dead ends or narrow passages, the PRP2 series is the perfect choice for processes with extra high demands for perfect cleaning and high operational reliability.
Typical applications
Thanks to the unique design, based on Packo's traditional centrifugal pumps, it is highly suitable as a CIP return pump, as well as a tanker unloading pump for trucks and similar applications.The PRP2 series is used in the most demanding applications in almost all industries such as dairies, breweries, brewing industry, distilleries, etc.The pump produces significantly less noise than conventional liquid ring pumps.
