CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS FOR AIR-CONTAINING MEDIA

IRP is an extremely smooth & 100% non-porous air handling pump

These air handling pumps feature a stainless steel 316L pump casing constructed in thick cold-rolled plate, 100% non-porous and extremely smooth. The pumps have open or closed impellers molded in 316L or duplex materials. Along with an electropolished design, the industrial air handling pump series IRP is a reliable component in your process.

Typical applications

Thanks to the unique air handling design based on a standard centrifugal pump, the IRP series is especially suitable as a CIP return pump, as well as for unloading all types of collection tanks and trucks. The pump generates significantly less noise than conventional liquid ring pumps.

Highlights of the IRP series

  • High efficiency compared to conventional liquid ring pumps
  • Low NPSH value minimizes the risk of cavitation
  • Electropolished - Increased chemical resistance and ease of cleaning
  • Simple and robust construction - minimizes downtime
  • Designed without check valve
  • Easy to install
  • Only 2 shaft seal sizes for the entire series
  • Limited noise level
