Packo CRP+ Series
The CRP+ series is a highly hygienic approved CIP return pump that handles large amounts of air in the media. The pump is constructed in cold-rolled stainless steel, 100% non-porous, and extremely smooth surfaces. The series is available with open or closed cast impellers in 316L or duplex materials.Due to the unique design without dead ends and electropolished surfaces, the CRP+ series is highly cleanable. The robust and cleanable design makes it the perfect choice in processes where there are high demands for cleanliness.
Typical Applications
Thanks to the unique design, based on Packo's traditional centrifugal pumps, it is highly suitable as a CIP return pump, as well as a truck unloading pump, and similar applications.The CRP series is used in the most demanding applications in virtually all industries such as dairies, breweries, brewery industry, distilleries, etc.The pump generates significantly less noise than conventional liquid ring pumps.

- By-Pass for pump casing handling air evacuation
- Monobloc construction with standard IEC norm motors
- Standardized seal according to EN 12756, hydraulically balanced
- One shaft seal diameter for the entire series (Ø33 mm), except 80-160 (Ø43 mm)
- Option: Novapad seal for applications with poor lubrication capability
