Verderflex Dura hose pumps for dosing

Hose pumps from the Verderflex Dura series just delivered to a new ice cream factory. The pumps are tasked with dosing flavors and aromas through suction lances into the circulation line after the pasteurization process.In close dialogue with the customer, the choice fell on Dura 15 & 25 hose pumps, as the pumps with high dosing accuracy and good suction capacity were the right choice.Since the pump is reversible, the pump is also used as a CIP pump, where CIP fluid is supplied from the circulation line and back through the pump and suction lance. This achieves a fully hygienic dosing application for the factory.By using the hose pump as a solution, the customer also keeps their spare parts inventory to a minimum, as only the hose is a wear part in the pump.
