Progressive cavity pumps for raw slurry

When establishing Greenlab Skive Biogas, Lobe has supplied the feed lines for solid biomass as well as all pumps and shredders for the biogas plant.

Lobe has supplied 2 slow-running Sydex progressive cavity pumps, mounted with a Börger macerator and a 150 l stone trap. The macerator ensures effective shredding and sorting of stones and foreign objects before the raw slurry is pumped to the reactors via heat exchangers. The large stone trap is particularly effective for sorting out sand.
