Static and Dynamic Mixers
Lobe supplies mixers and agitators for almost all types of industries such as wastewater, petrochemical, and food industries. In-line mixing with static mixers or batch mixing is done with our dynamic mixers. For larger storage tanks, we typically use BÖRGER's newly developed propeller agitators in the flow-optimized stainless design.
B-MX Propeller Mixer
BÖRGER mixers are delivered as standard in complete stainless steel design. The mixers are all flow-technically optimized using modern CFD technology. This ensures minimal energy consumption and long service life.
VFG
Indirect mixers with low-speed gear motor. This type of mixer is the ideal choice for handling media gently.
VML
Designed like the VMV series, except that the elements are mounted in the piping system with flanges for easy disassembly/cleaning. Also available with heating/cooling jacket.
VMS
Verdermix static mixers are ideal for in-line mixing of all types of liquids and gases, ranging from low to high viscosity, with or without particles.

VMW
The VMW series is specially designed for applications with low-viscosity fluids, gases, and fluids with high gas content. The V-shaped mixing element is ideal for mixing/dispersing gas into a low-viscosity fluid.
VMX
Applications with high viscosity fluids or laminar flow require a special mixer. The VerderMix VMX series is designed for this type of applications and provides efficient mixing, even with laminar flow.
VNF
Direct driven mixer for efficient mixing/stirring or dispersing of low-viscosity media. Cost-effective solution where the mixer shaft is mounted on a standard norm motor.
VSM
Direct drive mixer for efficient mixing/stirring or dispersing of low-viscosity media. Cost-effective solution where the mixer shaft is mounted on a standard norm motor.
